SUMMARY:Webbinarium: Safety Management from Compliance to Excellence - ORION (Erasmus)
DESCRIPTION:There are many standard training blocks for safety management systems like safety culture\, reporting culture\, risk management process\, hazard identification and risk assessment etc. For compliance these components need to be present in the organisation\, but for excellence\, they need to work as a whole together. In other words sometimes expressed as “the SMS needs to be fully embedded\, and part of “the way we do things around here”. \nThis webinar will present research that has taken these basics further towards excellence and recent training development. Examples of prerequisites that are assumed to be present in the organisation already before integrating safety into everyday business will be discussed as well as data driven and evidence based system change. \nVärd: Pernilla Ulfvengren\, KTH
